Tickets
Tickets are for 2-hour sessions and are available for purchase online or in person at the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts Box Office, open Monday through Friday from 10 AM - 2 PM.
The Red Hat Amphitheater box office will open 30 minutes prior to The Rink's operating hours listed below. On-site ticket availability may be limited and will vary based on demand.
To ensure your preferred timeslot, we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as availability is limited each day.
Igloo Lounge Packages
Back by popular demand – the igloo lounges! Reserve a cozy, festive, heated igloo for you and your friends! With a warm space to relax, enjoy hot chocolate and take in the lively atmosphere of The Rink! Your igloo rental comes with skating tickets for up to eight people and food and beverage options – perfect for families, friends or date night!
If you’re planning a visit, we recommend purchasing your igloo in advance, especially during peak hours. Below are the options for the igloo packages you can choose from if you book in advance - choose from Blizzard Bites or Glacier Goodies. If you’re interested in an igloo day of, visit the host for availability!

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are for 2-hour skating session. We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as there are only a limited number of timeslots available for each day. Tickets are on sale now. Below are the options to purchase:
- Online via Ticketmaster
- Martin Marietta Center Box Office
- Onsite at Red Hat Amphitheater during THE RINK hours of operation *availability may vary based on demand.
*Please note that only tickets purchased through Ticketmaster and our box office will receive an email. Tickets bought through avenues other than Ticketmaster or the box office may be counterfeit, not guaranteed or refunded in the event of a cancelation, or may include higher services charges.
What size skates do you offer?
Children's size 9 and up and adult skates up to a Men's size 13. We do not have half sizes but recommend rounding down if you're a half size.
Do you offer skate mates to assist small children with skating?
Yes, we have a limited number of skate mates available. Please note these are first come, first served and are not to be removed from the entrances of the ice and taken to seating to give everyone get a chance to use them.
Is skate rental included?
Yes, skating admission tickets include skate rental.
Can I bring my own skates, and if so is there a discount?
You are welcome to bring your own skates. Please note that any skates brought in are subject to search. There is no discount for bringing your own skates, admission will still be $15 and you will still need to sign a waiver.
Do you have food and drinks? Can we bring in our own?
Yes, there are food and drink options available. We do not allow outside food and beverages in the venue with the exception of one factory sealed water bottle per person. Please note, due to the cold weather, our bottle refilling stations are unavailable in the winter.
How many guests will fit in an igloo?
Igloos fit up to 8 people total. Please note that we cannot add any additional tickets to igloos or igloo area.
Do you have helmets available?
No, if you wish to use a helmet during your session, please bring one with you.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
We are a rain or shine venue. We will still open if there is a light rain and do not offer refunds for weather unless the session has been canceled. In the event of inclement weather, our social media pages will be updated regarding any changes or cancelations. Ticket purchasers who purchased through Ticketmaster or through the box office will also receive an email with additional information regarding refunds.
Sensory-Friendly Sessions
Anyone can purchase tickets for our Sensory Friendly Sessions but we do want to note there are some changes for these sessions. These thoughtfully curated sessions provide a more comfortable and supportive experience by reducing common sensory triggers:
- Instrumental music will be played at a lower volume to minimize auditory overstimulation.
- Blinking lights will be turned off, while essential lighting remains on for safety.
- KultureCity sensory bags will be available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A designated quiet room will be available for those needing a break.
- Enhanced directional signage will be placed to provide clear guidance around the venue.
- TV screens will display static images with minimal or no movement to reduce visual distractions.
