Will Call is located at the Red Hat Amphitheater Box Office. The Red Hat Amphitheater Box Office is located at 500 South McDowell Street, outside of Gate 1 (intersection of Cabarrus Street and McDowell Street). The Box Office will only be open on show days, 2-9 PM unless otherwise listed.
Please note that tickets purchased through avenues other than Ticketmaster (or the promoter's preferred ticketing source) or the box offices listed below may be counterfeit, not guaranteed, or refunded in the event of cancellation, or may include higher service charges.
Tickets for Red Hat Amphitheater events, except Band Together, may be purchased in person during the week from:
